For Our Realtors...

Mark Payne Homes values the strong relationships we have with real estate professionals. To say thank you, we pay a real estate commission for assisting in the sale of our homes.

If you wish to register your buyer, we simply ask that you attend the buyer’s initial meeting with a Mark Payne Homes sales representative. You are welcome to bring a completed Client Registration Form to the visit. Once contracts are signed, Mark Payne Homes will send a broker referral letter to the title company. All commissions will be paid by Mark Payne Homes through the title company at closing.
